Students gathered for the first annual summer school

This week, students from the Master in Sustainable and Safe Food Production gathered for the first annual summer school.

The students were introduced to the courses of the fall and participated in exercises, lectures, and workshops. The topics revolved around food safety in a global context, risk assessment of foodborne contaminants, sustainability in food production and much more.
